During the competition period, you can earn 5 USDT for each successful referral and share a daily prize pool of 1,500 USDT per day.
What’s more, if your referred friend trades at least $50 on any of VALR’s Futures markets, you can each unlock 10 USDT! First come, first served.
The total prize pool for this competition is 6,000 USDT with a maximum of 250 USDT in rewards per person per day.
Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. So participants will need to act fast. Each day marks a fresh round.
How to Enter:
How to Participate as Referrer (“Participant”):
Have a Fully- verified (KYC 2) VALR account. If you do not have an account yet, click here to create one: https://www.valr.com/signup.
Share your referral link with your friends during the Competition Period. Make sure they fully verify (KYC 2) their VALR account. You can then stand to earn up to 5 USDT for each successful referral.
Next, inform them that if they enable their Futures account and trade $50 in Futures, both your friend and you can each unlock 10 USDT in rewards.
How to participate if you’ve been referred (“Referred User”):
Create a VALR account using the VALR referral code shared with you by your Participant and make sure to fully verify your account (KYC 2), within the Competition Period.
Trade at least $50 worth of eligible crypto assets on any of VALR’s Futures markets within the Competition Period and you stand to unlock 10 USDT in rewards.
Rewards:
Referrers can unlock a reward of 5 USDT, for each successful referral, from a shared daily prize pool of 1,500 USDT.
Referrals and Referrers can unlock an extra 10 USDT each, if the Referred user trades a minimum of $50 on any of VALR’s Futures markets within the competition period.
The total prize pool during the competition period is 6,000 USDT. The maximum reward per day per person (both Referred and Referrer) is 250 USDT.
Rewards are not guaranteed for all participants, but will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The faster you act, the higher your chances of winning.

VALR’s Futures Flash Referral Round
Competition Ts & Cs (“Rules”):
1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by VALR Pty Ltd (“VALR”).
2. This offer may be used in conjunction with any other competition or promotion run by VALR, except where the terms of such other competition or promotion prohibits or excludes winning in this current Competition.
3. The Competition period (“Competition Period”) begins at 09:00 am UTC, October 28th 2024 and ends at 8:59 am UTC, November 1st 2024 (“closing date”).
4. Winners will be announced within 7 South African business days after the closing date.
5. Rewards will be distributed within 8 South African business days after the closing date.
6. The Competition is only available to existing VALR customers who have completed their KYC 2 (Fully-verified status) on VALR as well as new VALR customers who sign up for a VALR account and complete their KYC 2 (Fully-verified status) during the Competition Period, and those Referred Users that trade at least $50 worth of eligible crypto assets on any of VALR’s Futures markets within the Competition Period.
7. Referred Users are required to sign up for a VALR account during the Competition Period using the Participant’s VALR referral code.
8. Each day of the Competition Period (“Competition Day”), the reward pool will only be available for 24 hours, so you need to refer fast! Once the relevant Competition Day ends, the reward pool will close, and a new reward pool will be revealed for the next Competition Day. The reward pool for each Competition Day may differ.
9. During the Competition Period, Participants can earn up to 5 USDT (“Referral Reward”) for each successful referral using the Participant’s VALR referral code and stand to share in a daily reward pool of 1,500 USDT per Competition Day, with a maximum of 250 USDT available for Referral Rewards per Participant on each Competition Day.
10. If the Referred User trades at least $50 worth of eligible crypto assets on any of VALR’s Futures markets during the Competition Period, the eligible Participant and Referred User each stand to unlock a once-off 10 USDT in rewards (“Referred User Reward”).
11. The total reward pool during the Competition Period is 6,000 USDT split daily into 1500 USDT per Competition Day. The maximum Referral Reward per Competition Day per Participant is 250 USDT and the maximum once-off Referred User Reward is 10 USDT each.
12. Referral Rewards will be distributed based on the specific Competition Day that the Referred User has completed at least KYC 2 (Fully-verified status) on VALR. Referred Users that complete KYC 2 status outside of the Competition Period will not be counted as qualifying referrals under this Competition. Referred User Rewards will be distributed based on the specific Competition Day that the Referred User has traded at least $50 worth of eligible crypto assets on any of VALR’s Futures markets.
13. Rewards are not guaranteed, may differ per Participant or Referred User, are limited per Participant, Referred User and Competition Day, and could amount to zero.
14. Rewards will be distributed to eligible Participants and Referred Users on a first-come, first-served basis. Rewards will be distributed in USDT only. VALR reserves the right to make a determination on the rewards and rewards winner(s) in its sole and absolute discretion.
15. Participation in this Competition does not preclude a Participant or Referred User from benefiting from VALR’s Referral Programme.
Personal information:
Any personal information provided to VALR by a Participant or Referred User for purposes of this Competition will be treated in accordance with VALR’s Privacy Policy.
The nitty gritty:
1. The Competition is open to all VALR customers, except VALR’s directors, partners, employees, contractors, agents, consultants and their immediate families, any designated market makers as well as any persons resident in VALR’s list of prohibited countries.
2. Participation by all Participants and Referred Users constitutes acceptance of these Rules, VALR’s Terms of Service, VALR’s Futures Terms of Service and Risk Disclosures. By entering the Competition, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and you agree to accept that VALR may make decisions relating to this Competition in its sole and absolute discretion and further that any decision made by VALR in terms of these Rules and the Competition as final and binding including but not limited to any decisions regarding rewards and reward payouts. Any Participants or Referred Users found violating this clause will be removed from the Competition and VALR may freeze or block such Participant or Referred User's VALR account.
3. VALR reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary the Rules and the Competition without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending the Competition, the Rules, the rewards, the reward payouts, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and/or number of rewards or winners.
4. VALR reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Participants or Referred Users from participating in the Competition and claiming rewards:
4.1. Where VALR finds the Participant or Referred User to be party to any anticipated, suspected or actual:
Fraud;
Inappropriate, dishonest or abusive activities;
Use of fake or fraudulent accounts;
Manipulation or violation of these Rules, or
Market manipulation, self-dealing, wash trading or illegally bulk registered accounts; or
4.2. For any other reason as determined by VALR.
5. If you are selected as a reward winner, you agree and consent to VALR publishing your name, your VALR reference number / tag and/or social media handle on VALR’s social media pages, and VALR may make media announcements, publications of names, photographs of any reward winner(s), provided that any reward winner(s) may expressly elect to decline this.
6. VALR will announce on its social media pages when the Competition has ended. No further rewards will be allocated for this Competition once VALR has made such an announcement. The Participant and the Referred User should visit VALR’s social media pages regularly for updates.
7. These Rules will be governed and interpreted in accordance with South African law and any disputes arising from the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Waiver
The Participant and Referred User hereby releases, waives and discharges VALR and its affiliates from any and all liability, costs or expenses, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever for any loss or damages, that may be sustained by the Participant and Referred User arising out of or relating to the Participant or Referred User’s participation in the Competition, or while in any way engaged with activities related to the Competition, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur, regardless of who is at fault and including as a result of the negligence or fault of VALR or its affiliates.
