This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is run by VALR Pty Ltd (“VALR”).
This Promotion may be used in conjunction with other VALR competitions or promotions, except where the terms of such other promotions prohibit or exclude participation in this Promotion.
The Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins at 00:00 UTC, December 1st, 2025, to 23:59 UTC, December 31st, 2025 (“closing date”).
There is no need to register for this Promotion.
This Promotion is available to new and existing VALR customers that reside in South Africa with complete full account verification (KYC2).
Rebates will be distributed within 7 South African business days after the closing date.
VALR makes no representations or warranties regarding the cashback rewards, including but not limited to their fitness for a particular purpose or customer.
VALR reserves the right to determine cashback rewards and reward recipients in its sole and absolute discretion. Rewards may amount to zero.

Rewards:
The total cashback reward pool for this Promotion is capped at the USDT equivalent of R100,000
Cashback won't be applied automatically at checkout. If selected, eligible Participants will receive a rebate in USDT in their respective VALR wallet within 7 days after the Promotion has ended.
Rebates apply only to purchases made by the Participant during the Promotion Period.
Personal information:
Any personal information provided to VALR by a Participant for purposes of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with VALR’s Privacy Policy.
The nitty gritty:
1. The Promotion is open to all VALR customers, except VALR’s directors, partners, employees, contractors, agents, consultants and their immediate families, any designated market makers as well as any persons resident in VALR’s list of prohibited countries.
2. Participation by all Participants constitutes acceptance of these Rules, VALR’s Terms of Service and Risk Disclosures. By entering the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and you agree to accept that VALR may make decisions relating to this Promotion in its sole and absolute discretion and further that any decision made by VALR in terms of these Rules and the Promotion as final and binding including but not limited to any decisions regarding rewards, the reward pool and reward payouts. Any Participants found violating this clause will be removed from the Promotion and VALR may freeze or block such Participant's VALR account.
3. For the purposes of this Promotion, each day will be considered to run from 00:00 - 23:59 UTC.
4. VALR reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary the Rules and the Promotion without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, terminating or suspending the Promotion, the Rules, the rewards, the reward parameters, the reward pool, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and/or number of rewards or winners.
5. VALR reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Participants from participating in the Promotion, suspend their accounts, revoke all associated rewards, and/or disqualifying specific trades:
5.1. Where VALR finds the Participant to be party to any anticipated, suspected or actual:
Fraud;
Fraudulent registration, including providing false identity verification (KYC) information, using others’ KYC details, or registering multiple accounts;
Inappropriate, dishonest or abusive activities, including but not limited to click farming, device farming, or using malicious tools for fraudulent purposes;
Use of fake or fraudulent accounts;
Manipulation or violation of these Rules, VALR’s rules, VALR’s policies, campaign terms, conditions or announcements (as updated from time to time); or
Market manipulation, self-dealing, wash trading, laundering trades or illegally bulk registered accounts; or
Breach of local regulatory requirements; or
Any other activities with the intent or result of abusing, disrupting, or undermining the legitimate operation of the Promotion, as determined by VALR.
5.2. For any other reason as determined by VALR.
6. If you are selected as a reward winner, you agree and consent to VALR publishing your name, your VALR reference number / tag and/or social media handle on VALR’s social media pages, and VALR may make media announcements, publications of names, photographs of any reward winner(s), provided that any reward winner(s) may expressly elect to decline this.
7. VALR will announce on its social media pages when the Promotion has ended. No further rewards will be awarded once VALR has made such an announcement. The Participant should visit VALR’s social media pages regularly for updates.
8. These Rules will be governed and interpreted in accordance with South African law and any disputes arising from the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
9. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be sold, bartered, gifted or substituted, except at VALR’s sole and absolute discretion. VALR reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if necessary.
10. VALR is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or malfunctioning entries, payments, transactions, or communications, including those caused by network, system, device, or third-party failures.
11. Cashback Reward winners will be decided at random by VALR in its sole and absolute discretion. VALR makes no representations or warranties regarding Cashback Rewards, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose or customer.

Waiver
