VALR’s New User Promotion
From May 2026 until the end of April 2027, new verified users on VALR who make at least one trade on Simple Buy & Sell, Spot, Margin and/or Futures may be eligible to receive an iPhone Air or $250 in Bitcoin.
Each month, one randomly selected new user will be awarded an iPhone, while two randomly selected new users will each receive $250 in Bitcoin.

The Promotion is open to all new VALR customers who create a fully verified (KYC2) account. Existing users are not eligible. Each participant can win a maximum of one reward during the entire Promotion period (May 2026 - April 2027).

To be considered for a reward, Participants must, during the Promotion Period:
Sign up by creating a new VALR account or sign up via a referral code;
Complete KYC2 (Fully-verified status) on VALR, and;
Make at least 1 (one) trade on VALR using Simple Buy & Sell, Spot, Margin and/or Futures during the monthly round in which the signup and account verification took place.

Rewards are allocated randomly to eligible participants. Bitcoin winners receive it automatically in their VALR wallet; iPhone winners are contacted by email.
Every monthly round offers:2 × $250 worth of Bitcoin, and
1 × iPhone Air.

Promotion Ts & Cs (“Rules”):
This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is run by VALR Pty Ltd (“VALR”).
This Promotion may be used in conjunction with any other competition or promotion run by VALR, except where the terms of such other competition or promotion prohibits or excludes winning in this current Promotion.
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules, VALR’s Terms of Service, VALR’s Futures Terms of Service (where applicable), and applicable Risk Disclosures.
This Promotion is available to all qualifying new customers on VALR with a fully verified account (“Participants”).
The Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins at 00:00 am UTC, May 1st 2026 and ends at 23:59 pm UTC, April 30th 2027 (“closing date”). Each calendar month during the Promotion Period constitutes a separate round, beginning at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of that month.Monthly Rounds:

There is no need to register for this Promotion.
Winners will be announced within 7 South African business days after each monthly round.
VALR may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine all matters relating to this Promotion, including eligibility, rewards, and winner selection. All decisions are final and binding.
Rewards are limited in number and will be allocated at random to eligible Participants. Participation does not guarantee receipt of any reward.
VALR reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or revoke rewards where it reasonably suspects or determines:
fraudulent activity;
multiple or fake account registrations;
misuse of identity verification (KYC);
market manipulation, including wash trading or self-dealing;
abuse of the Promotion mechanics; or
breach of these Rules, VALR policies, or applicable laws.
VALR reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for any other reason it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
VALR is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, transactions, or rewards due to system, network, or technical failures.
In the case of VALR awarding iPhone Air devices, VALR provides the device only. Winners are solely responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to insurance, and any other expenses incurred in connection with receiving the iPhone Air other than delivery costs which will be covered by VALR. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VALR shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any reward.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold, bartered, or substituted, except at VALR’s sole discretion. VALR reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners of the iPhone Air will be contacted to arrange for delivery within 7 South African business days via their VALR registered email address. If there is no response within 7 South African business days following VALR’s outreach via email, the reward may be forfeited and awarded to another recipient.
Winners of $250 worth of Bitcoin will automatically receive their reward in their VALR wallet.
How to Enter:

Note: The qualifying monthly round for a Participant is determined by the date the account reaches a Fully-verified status (KYC 2). If account signup occurs in one month and verification occurs in a subsequent month, the later month (the month of verification) will be considered the qualifying month. The required trade must be executed between 00:00 am UTC on the first day of that qualifying month and 23:59 pm UTC on the last day of that qualifying month.
Rewards:
Each monthly round will have 2 (two) $250 Bitcoin rewards and 1 (one) iPhone Air available to eligible Participants.
Eligible Participants may receive a maximum of one reward during the Promotion Period.
Winners of the Bitcoin rewards will have such rewards automatically credited to their VALR account within 7 South African business days after a monthly round, with a winner’s user alias displayed on the designated web page. Winners may also be highlighted in marketing emails such as newsletters and on VALR’s social media pages.
Winners of the iPhone Air rewards will be contacted via email to arrange delivery within 7 South African business days after a monthly round, with a winners user alias displayed on the designated web page. Winners may also be highlighted in marketing emails such as newsletters and on VALR’s social media pages.
VALR reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any reward with one of equal or greater value and to determine the timing and manner of reward delivery.
Personal information:
Any personal information provided to VALR by a Participant for purposes of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with VALR’s Privacy Policy.

Waiver
The Participant hereby releases, waives and discharges VALR and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors from any and all liability, costs, expenses, claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, for any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by the Participant, arising out of or relating to the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, the acceptance, use or misuse of any reward, or any activity undertaken in connection with the Promotion, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur, and regardless of whether such loss or damage arises from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
