From 9 to 13 April 2025, you can earn your share of a 5,000 USDT reward pool simply by inviting friends to join VALR.
To keep things interesting, the total reward pool is split into 20 rounds of 250 USDT each, with a new reward round starting every 6 hours.
Rewards in each round aren’t guaranteed and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier your referral/s signs up on VALR, the better your chances of earning.

How to Participate
If You’re Referring Friends:
Log in to your VALR account (or sign up here if you’re new).
Ensure your account is fully verified.
Share your unique referral code with friends.
Your friends must sign up and complete verification during the campaign period.
Each time a friend signs up and verifies, you’ll be eligible for a reward (if they sign up within an active 6-hour reward window) and the reward pool hasn’t been fully claimed yet. These reward windows reset every 6 hours from 9 April to 13 April 2025.
In addition to campaign rewards, you’ll continue to benefit by earning up to 30% commission on your referrals’ trading fees over the long term.

This promotional competition (“Promotion”) is run by VALR Pty Ltd (“VALR”).
This offer may be used in conjunction with any other competition or promotion run by VALR, except where the terms of such other competition or promotion prohibits or excludes winning in this current Competition.
The Promotion begins at 00:00 am UTC, April 9th 2025 and ends at 23:59 pm UTC, April 13th 2025 (“closing date”).
Winners will be announced within 7 South African business days after the closing date.
Rewards will be distributed within 7 South African business days after the closing date.

Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first served basis, referencing the Referral’s time of account creation, with 250 USDT allocated for distribution to 20 successive 6-hourly referral rounds throughout the Promotion Period.
Referrers receive 5 USDT per successful referral on a first-come, first-served basis up to a maximum of 50 USDT per referrer, per round.

Personal information:
Any personal information provided to VALR by a Participant for purposes of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with VALR’s Privacy Policy.
The nitty gritty:
1. The Promotion is open to all VALR customers, excluding VALR’s directors, partners, employees, contractors, agents, consultants and their immediate families, any designated market makers and any persons resident in VALR’s list of prohibited countries.
2. Participation by all Participants constitutes acceptance of these Rules, VALR’s Terms of Service and Risk Disclosures. By entering the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and you agree to accept that VALR may make decisions relating to this Promotion in its sole and absolute discretion and further that any decision made by VALR in terms of these Rules and the Promotion as final and binding including but not limited to any decisions regarding rewards, the reward pool and reward payouts. Any Participants found violating this clause will be removed from the Promotion and VALR may freeze or block such Participant's VALR account.
3. For the purposes of this Promotion, each day will be considered to run from 00:00 - 23:59 UTC.
4. VALR reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary the Rules and the Promotion without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending, terminating or suspending the Promotion, the Rules, the rewards, the reward parameters, the reward pool, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and/or number of rewards or winners.
5. VALR reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Participants from participating in the Promotion and claiming rewards or disqualifying specific trades:
5.1. Where VALR finds the Participant to be party to any anticipated, suspected or actual:
Fraud;
Inappropriate, dishonest or abusive activities;
Use of fake or fraudulent accounts;
Manipulation or violation of these Rules, or
Market manipulation, self-dealing, wash trading or illegally bulk registered accounts; or
5.2. For any other reason as determined by VALR.
6. If you are selected as a reward winner, you agree and consent to VALR publishing your name, your VALR reference number / tag and/or social media handle on VALR’s social media pages, and VALR may make media announcements, publications of names, photographs of any reward winner(s), provided that any reward winner(s) may expressly elect to decline this.
7. VALR will announce on its social media pages when the Promotion has ended. No further rewards will be awarded once VALR has made such an announcement. The Participant should visit VALR’s social media pages regularly for updates.
8. These Rules will be governed and interpreted in accordance with South African law and any disputes arising from the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Waiver
